Privacy Policy

Article 1 (Purpose)
The Quantum Transformation Industry-Council (QTI-C, hereinafter the "Council") complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and other relevant laws, and establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of data subjects and to promptly and smoothly handle related grievances.
Article 2 (Items and Methods of Personal Information Collected)
- Membership Registration: ID, password, name, email, contact number, affiliated organization (website registration form)
- Q&A, Proposal, and Technology Cooperation Submissions: name, email, contact number, affiliation (submission form)
- Event Registration: name, email, contact number, affiliation (registration form)
- Automatic Collection: access logs, cookies, visit timestamps (during service use)
Article 3 (Purposes of Processing Personal Information)
- Confirming intent to register, providing membership services, identity verification
- Providing information on Council activities such as program announcements and event notices
- Responding to inquiries and proposals and notifying processing results
- Analyzing service usage statistics and improving service quality
Article 4 (Retention and Use Period of Personal Information)
Member information is retained until membership withdrawal and is destroyed without delay upon withdrawal. However, where retention is required under relevant laws, information is kept for the period prescribed by such laws.
Article 5 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Council does not provide personal information to third parties except with the consent of the data subject or where otherwise required by law.
Google and Kakao social login links the authentication result from the provider selected by the user. It does not constitute the Council selling or independently providing member information to those providers. Personal information processed directly by each provider during authentication is governed by that provider’s privacy policy.
Article 6 (Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing)
The Council outsources personal information processing as follows and supervises the processor in accordance with applicable law.

Article 7 (Overseas Transfer of Personal Information)
The Council transfers personal information overseas for email delivery. Data subjects may object by contacting the Privacy Officer; however, email-based verification, notices, and password reset services may then be limited.

Article 8 (Destruction of Personal Information)
The Council destroys personal information without delay when its retention period expires or its processing purpose is achieved. Electronic files are securely deleted so they cannot be restored, and paper records are shredded or incinerated.
Article 9 (Security Measures)
The Council applies technical and organizational safeguards, including least-privilege access control, encryption in transit, non-reversible password storage, access-log retention and review, security software, and vulnerability management.
Article 10 (Rights, Obligations, and Exercise Methods of Data Subjects)
Data subjects may exercise their rights to access, correct, delete, or suspend processing of personal information at any time, and may make requests in writing or by email through My Page or to the Privacy Officer below.
These rights may also be exercised through a legal representative or an authorized agent. The Council may verify the identity and authority of the requester and will take the necessary action without delay unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Article 12 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)
This Privacy Policy applies from its effective date. Where content is added, deleted, or amended, notice will be given through the website notice board starting 7 days before the changes take effect.
